At SNCIL, we know that safe, accessible, and affordable housing is essential to living independently. Our Housing Services Program helps people with disabilities navigate the challenges of finding and maintaining housing that meets their needs.

How We Can Help:

• Housing Search Assistance: We help you explore accessible and affordable housing options
• Application Support: Guidance on completing rental applications, housing vouchers, and other paperwork
• Tenant Rights Education: Learn about your rights under fair housing laws and how to advocate for yourself
• Home Accessibility Modifications: Assistance in making your home more accessible through ramps, grab bars, and other modifications
• Eviction Prevention & Resources: Connect with financial aid programs and advocacy services to help keep you in your home
