The Nevada Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) is looking for your feedback. If you complete their 5-minute Consumer Satisfaction Survey and enter your name, e-mail and/or phone number, the SILC will add you to our interested parties and include you in a random drawing to win a prize worth $40. They will be accepting completed surveys through the end of August, 2022. The SILC drawing will be held on September 9, 2022 and winners will be announced by the end of business day on their website newsfeed (https://www.nvsilc.com/).
